Project Overview – Haraluru, Devanahalli

BKG Enterprises LLP proposes to develop a 35.06-acre IT and Hardware Park at Hitech, Defence & Aerospace Park – Phase II, situated at Haraluru Village, Channarayapattana Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.

The project is envisioned as a technology-driven industrial and commercial development, catering to IT, hardware manufacturing, defence, aerospace, and allied sectors, along with necessary supporting amenities, common facilities, internal infrastructure, utilities, and services required for seamless operations. The development aims to support employment generation, promote industrial growth, and strengthen the regional ecosystem aligned with the objectives of the Hitech, Defence & Aerospace Park. The project will be planned and implemented in strict compliance with applicable guidelines, zoning regulations, and all relevant local, state, and central statutory requirements. Emphasis will be placed on sustainable development practices, incorporating energy-efficient planning, responsible resource utilization, effective waste and water management systems, and environmentally responsible design principles.
